Wayne March 05, 2014 for Model Number Maytag SM8525079REV.A I'm trying to replace the drum support roller on a Maytag Dryer. 'SM8525079REV.A' is the number on the dryer. I called one place here in SLC and they said I had to be careful that I get the correct roller for that particular dryer because there are different rollers for the same brand. Is that right, or are there univeral parts?
1 Answer Hello Wayne. Yes parts are model specific and multiple suppliers can be used for the same model. We would need the model and serial number to determine the correct parts for your model. If you open the door there should be a tag on the door jamb with this information. Read More...
