Peg May 01, 2016 for Model Number RF385PXEQ0 I've put an oven thermometer in my oven and it does not reach the heat that I set the baking temp. to ~ would this be the heat element ? Also is the heat sensor the same as a thermostat ? I'm not sure which part or parts I need to replace ? Thanks
1 Answer Peg, The most likely issue with the unit not reaching set temperature, the temp sensor WP8053344 would be the issue. You will want to check the sensor for resistance at room temp of 1090 ohms and if it is not good then would be faulty. Read More...
Marcus January 19, 2016 for Model Number RF214XTS1 My wife says the oven is not heating up like it use to and it takes longer now to bake. Is this a heating element issue or a sensor issue? however to over reads that it preheats to set temp and sounds off when temp is reached.
1 Answer Hello Marcus, If your model number is actually RF214LXTS1 and it heats up and completes the preheat before the issue occurs it is most likely a temperature sensor WPW10181986 issue. There is also the possibility of a failing relay on the control board WPW10108290. Read More...

I now need to find the appropriate replacement to splice on in order to complete the install. Do you sell the adaptors or do you recommend replacing the entire wire?
