Do the hinges hold the door securely closed or does the lock at the top? The lock doesn't seem to engage. What triggers it? I do not know which of these is the problem. Thanks

Find parts for model JMW9530CAS" Are those parts any different from: AP4096704 and AP4096703? Because those two are $101.24 as opposed to the $173.36 for the kit.
