Tommy, You will want to check to make sure that the fill tube for the icemaker is not frozen. If frozen then you will want to clear the clog and replace the water valve. If this checks ok then test the water valve to ensure that when the icemaker cycles there is 120 vac getting to the icemaker. If there is then the valve is faulty and would need to be replaced.

Thomas, The first thing to check is to make sure that the icemaker is plugged into the rear wall of the freezer and that it is a firm connections. If the icemaker had been in the middle of a cycle it is possible that the icemaker fingers are stuck in ice in which you would want to pull the icemaker and clean the ice out. Pull the cover off the icemaker and check the pins in the center of the large gear in which if they are broken then replace the icemaker module W10190935.

There is a white piece on the back side of the motor housing that will have a hole in it which should be toward the down position. If it is straight across then it is in the off position and would need to be dropped down.
