Maury May 14, 2016 for Model Number GU3600XTSY2 What is the difference between part numbers AP6023215 and AP6023216?
1 Answer Maury, The only difference is the color. the W10871196/WPW10586590 is the toe kick panel in black. The WPW10586591/WPW10586591 is the toe kick panel in white. Your dishwasher should be "silver" in color and should have the AP6023215 Toe kick panel in black. Both parts are in stock and available at this time. Thanks, Read More...

Kathleen February 29, 2012 for Model Number KUDC03FVSS2 There are fragments of a black plastic with a brown film breaking off from underneath the door. I can feel the insulation in the door where there are large pieces missing. What is this part? I have had the machine for 2 years and for the first 1.5 years used it only rarely. Now it is used about 2 times per week. Is there something I need to look at to determine why it is breaking?
1 Answer Hello Kathleen. You will need to check and see if the air inlet WPW10077883 is breaking and coming apart. If so, you will need to order and replace it. There are a few things that can do this, and it would be best to remove the inner door panel and see where the parts are coming from. Make sure the power is disconnected before doing the repair. Hope this helps. Read More...
Mark M. February 07, 2012 for Model Number gu2700xtss1 I bought this dishwasher and the person did not have the access panel or toe panel. It seems pretty expensive for all of the parts. I really just need the toe panel if that would work? Can I still attach the toe panel without the access panel? Also the bottom of my dishwasher is just over 23" and the gap between the floor is 3 and 3/4 inch.
1 Answer Hello Mark! You can install the toe panel without the access panel however, you will need the access panel to cover all the wiring at the bottom of the dishwasher. It is suggested to replace both missing parts. The access panel is part number W11763736 and the toe panel is part number W10871196. Thanks! Read More...

When I unscrewed it, the toe panel came out with it. I was unsure exactly how the toe panel was in place. Does the insulation side of the toe panel face the bottom panel or the interior of the dishwasher?
1 Answer Hello Msander. The insulation goes to the inside of the dishwasher. Hope this helps. Read More...
