Denny, If the unit has power getting to the water valve but no water is coming in then you will want to check to make sure that the valve is not clogged. If it is not then you would need a new water valve. Also check the impeller to make sure that it is good and nothing is caught in the pump. If this checks ok then you will want to check the drain hose to make sure that it is not clogged. If this checks ok and the drain is getting voltage then the pump would need to be replaced.

Cecil, Your issue is most likely in the control panel/keypad assembly WPW10500176 "One or More Keys Won’t Respond Or Unusual LED/Display/Key Behavior. Stuck key or short circuit(s) in keypad or in control’s input lines that read the keys. Capacitive touch keypad adhesive coming loose from console. Defective user interface. etc.

Hello Will, The float switch and sensor would not cause a problem of no drain. You will want to check to make sure that the motor is getting power to it when the unit is calling for water. It is possible that the drain pump has failed. If there is power getting to the pump during the drain cycle then you would need to replace pump. If pump is running then it could be an issue of the impeller being faulty.
