We had ordered and installed the drip pans and when we took a look, we knew we needed new elements. Those were perfect; exact replacement. The problem was on the eight inch units, the rim of the drip pan touched the element. It was a simple matter of removing a small bit of the drip pan where the element enters. I searched on your website for a replacement stem. Unfortunately the stem is not sold separately. I purchased the entire valve after confirming with your online rep that I was ordering the correct part. I received the valve in 2 days removed the stem and inserted it directly into the existing burner valve. Perfect fit easy installation and burner works as it should. Found the parts on Appliance pros (love the website navigation); ordered on a Sunday afternoon and they were delivered on Tuesday afternoon. I had the drawer repaired within 15 minutes of Fed Ex delivering the package. No tools required other than my fingers! The original part was riveted to the drawer, these replacements are bolts with nuts and lock washers. Makes me wonder why this was not the original design. REPLACED NEW RIGHT FRONT POWER BURNER. THIS DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. I THEN REPLACED THE BURNER CONNECTING SWITCH BY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS ON YOUR VIDEO. BURNER HEATS UP NORMALLY, BUT I DON'T KNOW YET IF IT WILL SUDDENLY GO TO THE HIGH SETTING. IT WAS A SPORADIC PROBLEM I WAS HAVING...SO I'M HOPING THIS SOLVES THE ISSUE. I looked on line for a parts manual, then typed in a part, and this site came up. They had all the parts I needed. I never did a job like this, but the parts manual pictures made it simple, and then this site made it simple to order the parts.
