My son removed rear inside panel exposing evaporator coil, drain trough and drain hole which was plugged with ice. He poured hot water on the ice which melted after several hours and also added a copper heating wire from tht evap coil down into the drain hole. Finally he put things back together and set the temp to 42 degrees. Only time will tell if this corrects the problem.
BTW, has anyone checked the reviews on Amazon for the Samsung RF217 acrs fridge? Scary!
