This is a shipping bolt and bracket assembly used to secure the washer's inner tub during transport, preventing damage to the suspension system. The bolts lock the drum in place so it cannot move while the machine is being relocated. Install these bolts before moving the washer to a new location, and remove them before operating the machine - leaving them in during use can cause excessive vibration and damage to internal components.
