I watched the Appliance Parts Pros repair video and decided to remove the front panel to diagnose the problem. I first thought it was the auger in the ice container so I changed it and it was not the problem. I then talked to ApplianceParts customer service that it might be the yoke on the motor that turned the auger or even the motor itself even though it worked.
