When there is a malfunction or failure with this component, a replacement part is necessary to continue the appliance's efficient and safe use.Signs that something has gone wrong with the washing machine's motor harness include intermittent operations or a device that won't run at all. Replacing the motor harness is a relatively easy task. Disconnect the appliance from power and wear work gloves for safety. Ensure all connections between the motor and motor harness are secure before plugging the washing machine back into to avoid the motor's accidental activation. This motor harness is an authentic OEM replacement part. It is sold as an individual unit. The motor harness is made of high-quality, durable materials. It comes sourced directly from the manufacturer to ensure compatibility. The motor harness can be installed in various models of washing machines. It fits correctly into appliances produced by Kenmore and LG.
My front loader LG washing machine wasn’t working correctly. The clothes were either coming out unwashed or completely dripping. When turning the washer on it would start up like normal and the turn off a few minutes in. Initially it was not displaying an error code, this made it very difficult to diagnose. One of the kids started a load not knowing we are having issues and it started making a clunking cringing noise, when I went to investigate the EL code was up. A few YouTube videos later... Read more
This is the direct-drive rotor for the dishwasher wash motor. It pairs with the stator to spin the impeller and circulate wash water through the spray arms, helping restore proper spray pressure and quieter operation when the original rotor is worn.
Technician wanted $700. I was able to fix it myself for around $300 in about a half hour with the great and helpful customer service of appliancepartspros.com. Parts arrived on time. Nice to know there is a company that really cares and they know there stuff. Read more
This noise filter assembly conditions incoming AC power to reduce electromagnetic interference before it reaches the control system. A failed line filter can cause no power, intermittent shutdowns, or breaker trips; replacing restores stable, reliable operation. What it does:
Checked circuit breaker to d/w first. Good. Went to website to see no power issues. Most all of them mentioned the noise filter being the problem. Removed filter from machine and found the corner melted where fuse is located. Ordered new filter, installed, and now have power to switches. All the information I found on the website really made this a easy job to get done. Read more
The Shipping Bolt Assembly is an OEM part for LG washing machines. This assembly is used to secure the washer drum during transportation, preventing it from moving and getting damaged. Shipping bolts are essential for maintaining the integrity of the washing machine when it is being moved or installed.
Causes of a bad or missing shipping bolt assembly include improper handling during moves, wear and tear from multiple uses, or not reinstalling them when relocating the washer. Ensuring that the shipping bolts are in place is crucial for protecting the internal components of the washer during transit.
Symptoms of a missing or damaged shipping bolt assembly include:
This OEM LG part is also compatible with Sears/Kenmore.
AppliancePartsPros.com carefully looked up and provided the correct bolts required so the washer drum would not move during transport. Representative really took the time to make sure we had the right bolts. That was important to me...no matter how long it took! The bolts arrived the next day as promised...I had to expedite them due to time limitations. They worked liked a charm and I have run the washer without missing a beat! thanks soooo much! Read more

I originally thought the washer had a bad bearing, but once I got it disassembled it the spider arms were broken. This required the replacement of the tub assembly. While replacing the tub I replaced all of the water bellows. The parts came quickly, the live chat and videos were very helpful. This washer has to be completely disassembled to replace the drum, so mark all the screw locations, tag and bag everything and take lots of pics. It was a very rewarding project and hundreds of dollars... Read more
This washer clutch assembly engages the drive system to shift between wash and spin modes. Replacing a worn clutch restores smooth agitation and full-speed spin performance, reducing noise and leaving clothes properly wrung out at cycle end.
After doing a little research it seemed likely that our 7 year old LG's suspension system was getting old. We're getting very loud sounds on our spin cycle. A lot of start-up of spin and then stopping to rebalance occurring within the machine and intermittent unbalanced load error where the machine stopped the cycle completely to display an error. We replaced all three shock absorbers and the two suspension springs and our washer is back to what seems like better than new. Quieter with... Read more
This Screw (drawing) is a factory fastener used to secure appliance panels and components. Replacing a stripped, corroded, or missing screw restores a tight fit, reduces vibration, and helps keep assemblies correctly aligned.
The upper counter-balance weight mount design is a poor design to begin with. It started to rattle loose approximately 5yrs into the 8yrs that we've owned it. As it would start to loosen up (as evidenced by the loud banging noise exhibited during operation); I'd shut it down, pull the top off, remove the weight (it was almost always half rattled off at this point), wrap the mount lugs with friction tape (the plastic lugs were being worn down/chaffed by the balance weight), put the weight back... This door hinge bracket mounts the hinge to the washer's front cabinet, keeping the door aligned so it closes and seals properly. A bent or broken bracket can lead to door sagging, poor latching, or leaks at the door.
The dealer gave us a door but it didn't fit. Everything we bought from Appliance Parts Pros.com was fixed with just a screwdriver. Easy and fast. Shipping was fast also. The longest time was installing the hinges on a stacked washer and dryer. Read more
This balance weight secures to the appliance frame to add counterweight where needed, helping reduce vibration and stabilize moving parts for quieter, more reliable operation. What it does:

This factory bolt assembly fastens critical components securely inside your appliance. Replacing a worn, stripped, or missing bolt restores a snug fit, reduces vibration and noise, and helps prevent damage caused by loosening during operation. What it does:
I opted to save myself about $600 by repairing my 8 year old LG washing machine rather than buying a new one. After watching some videos I determined what I needed upon taking my washing machine apart. I ended up replacing the tub (includes spider and shaft), since I could not get the spider part removed from the original tub, as well as the motor bolt (which had broken when I removed it from the original tub's shaft). The spider was cracked and the shaft was wobbling which caused it to... Read more
