The Washer Drain Hose is an OEM replacement part for Frigidaire washing machines. It is a flexible, 7 ½ ft plastic hose that connects the washer tub to the household drainage system. The drain hose removes water from the washer at the end of each cycle. Symptoms of a faulty drain hose include:
Causes of a bad drain hose include kinks or bends that restrict water flow, cracks or holes from wear and tear, and blockages from accumulated debris. These issues can compromise the hose's ability to drain water properly.
This OEM replacement is also compatible with Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator, and Kenmore models.
Simply open the top of the washer by inserting a putty knife (watch YouTube ) and then the front panel by removing two bottom philips head screws on the front. The whole front panel comes right off. Using pliers the spring clams holding each hose, they come off and each hose is replaced. The drain one was only leaking but since it has open I changed both and even the drive belt. Whole job less than 1 hour. BTW parts arrived next day! Read more
The Idler Pulley is an OEM part for Frigidaire dryers. It helps guide and maintain tension on the dryer drum belt, ensuring the drum rotates smoothly during the drying cycle.
Over time, the idler pulley can wear out due to friction and regular use, or it may become damaged from excessive strain or misalignment. If the idler pulley fails, the dryer drum may not rotate properly, leading to inefficient drying or a complete inability to dry clothes.
Symptoms of a bad Idler Pulley include:
I replaced the spin bearing, tub seal, washer and drive belt since I had it all apart. The video was extremely helpful...I would have tore the whole thing apart trying to figure out how the agitator came off....but it was very simple. Read more
The Agitator Hub is an OEM part for Frigidaire washing machines. It connects the agitator to the drive shaft, enabling the agitator to rotate and move clothes effectively during the wash cycle.
Causes of a bad agitator hub can include wear and tear from frequent use, exposure to harsh detergents or hard water, or damage from overloading the washer.
Symptoms of a bad agitator hub include:
This OEM Frigidaire part is also compatible with Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator and some Kenmore models.
The agitator stopped functioning and there was a squeaking sound occurring in agitation mode. I found that if I cranked down on the agitator cap, screwing in as hard as I could, the agitator would work briefly, then the cap would loosen and agitator stop moving. I removed the agitator cap, along with which came the agitator stud cap and a rubber washer/seal which was jammed up into the underside of the cap. I lifted out the agitator from the drum and inspected it and the hub best I could.... Read more
This agitator is a genuine Frigidaire part, sold individually. This agitator can be used as a replacement part for a washing machine or a washer/dryer combination appliance. This part rotates within the tub of the washing machine so that clothes and other items are tumbled around and fully cleaned. If an agitator has been subject to damage at some point in the standard lifespan of a washing machine, symptoms of damage will manifest in the form of a washing machine that will not agitate in a normal laundry cycle. If this is occurring, the agitator should be inspected for visible signs of damage, including punctures, scrapes, tears, and erosion to the material that could preclude it from serving its function. If the agitator seems damaged upon assessment, it should be removed and replaced with this genuine OEM replacement part before using the washing machine again. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is sold individually. This agitator is compatible with the following appliance brands: Frigidaire, Kenmore, Gibson, and Kelvinator.
I own several apartments with same washer/dryer combo. A couple months ago, one of my washers stopped agitating. I hired an Appliance Repair Company. They charged my $95 for agitator, $65 for hub and $120 for service call, plus tax for a total of $310. Oh, and it took them FOUR WEEKS to get the part in and fix my washer!. Something to do with "Frigidaire shipping issues". Last week I had another unit break with same problem. Ordered parts from AppliancePartsPros.com for $80, parts arrived... Read more

We had a power surge that tripped the washer breaker. It showed an E23 error code so I replaced the main control board (part number AP4362398.) All washer activity back to normal except it still wouldn't spin and still had E23 code. I removed the tub to pump hose (part number AP3837322) to find all sorts of goodies inside such as underwires from bras, a quarter, nickel, penny, and dime stacked perfectly on top of each other inside the filter, and tangled yarn from a rug. Ended up replacing the... Read more
The trunnion is the hub that mounts the washer's inner tub to the drive shaft. Replacing a worn hub restores a solid, centered connection so the basket spins smoothly without wobble, slip, or grinding. What it does:
The seal at the bottom of the tub had started to fail. On large loads water would leak so I ordered a new one rubber seal. Getting the trunnion off the transmission shaft was hard as it was calcified and corroded. I used a wire brush to get some of it off and then used a lot of WD-40. The bolt holding the trunnion plate on sheared off when I tried to remove it on one side and the other came out ok (the bolt hole through the trunnion is not threaded so it should slide out once the plate is off... This is a transmission assembly for washing machines. The transmission assembly is the gearbox in the washing machine's motor that allows the washing machine to work at different speeds and different intensities. If the washing machine is no longer spinning properly and has lost its normal level of washing power, it could mean that the transmission assembly needs to be replaced. Luckily, replacing this part is not as difficult as it might seem at first glance. To replace the transmission assembly, begin by unplugging the washing machine. The first step is to remove the upper control panel. Pull forward on the bottom of the console and remove the two retaining clips as well as the harness connector to the lid switch. Using a flathead screwdriver remove the clips. After this, remove the entire cabinet from the back panel to gain access to the interior of the washer. Remove the 7/16 bolt from the agitator and pull it straight up to remove it from the shaft. Once completed, gain access to the motor and pump and remove by releasing the screws and tabs that attach it. Remove the wire harness attached to the transmission. Remove the bolts that secure the motor mount to the transmission and proceed to pull the old transmission out of its place. Install the new transmission and reassemble the other parts. This genuine OEM replacement part is compatible with Frigidaire, Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator, and Westinghouse washers. It is sold individually.

This OEM replacement part is a drive motor for washers. The drive motor is the main engine that propels the washer tub to spin and perform its primary function of washing clothes. Over time, a drive motor can lose power or stop working altogether due to excessive wear and tear. If the washer is no longer spinning or not working as efficiently as it once did, the drive motor will need to be replaced. Thankfully, replacing this part is a relatively easy fix.To begin, start by unplugging the washer. Once unplugged, move the washer away from the wall to gain access to the back panel. Uninstall the back panel by removing the mounting screws. Once removed, gain access to the drive motor and remove the screws that attach it to the washer. After unthreading the screws, pull the drive motor out of its place and position the new motor in its original position. Fasten the mounting screws and make sure the motor is securely attached. This genuine replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with Frigidaire, Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator, Westinghouse, and Sears/Kenmore brand washers.

Replaced the dryer heater, and for good measure the limit and thermostat switches. My whole experience with Appliance Parts Pros was exceptional. I had a few questions to which the pros went out of there way to get the answers I needed. They also sent me the service manual which had step by step illustrations on how to disassemble the dryer. Saved a lot of time. Read more
