First, I had to replace a cracked roller so I could roll the frig out. I did this by tilting it slightly and shoving a shim underneath. I had to use two shims to get enough clearance for the wheel. I unscrewed the old wheel, screwed in the new one pretty easy, removed the shims and rolled it out. After trying to stop leaks with glue, i figured I should replace the drip pan, It took a little effort to get the fan out of the way but once that was taken care of the rest was simple. This defrost heater is mounted near the evaporator coils and generates heat to melt frost buildup during the automatic defrost cycle. It helps maintain proper airflow and cooling efficiency inside the refrigerator. Replace this heater if you notice excessive frost on the evaporator coils, the refrigerator is not cooling properly, or the freezer section is warm.
Total repair took slightly over 1 hour. Would have taken longer had I not already have taken the freezer apart on a previous occasion.
