Pull down small plastic panel (6 by 4 inches), front right by pressing down locking tab, and once off, remove torque screw in centre next to round plastic drain trap.

Researched online. Tried the easiest fix by cleaning the pump filter drain area, which had some change in there, but that didn't work. So bought the carbon brushes for my husband to replace. This was supposed to be the problem 95% of the time and pretty inexpensive Took two hours of irritation and a little cursing, but together we managed the job after watching a YouTube video. Reset the error code and works great!
