Replaced basket hub assembly under agitator. Agitator would not come off so I had to cut slots in agitator with a dremel tool and use a faucet knob puller tool to pull it up off the shaft. As a result I had to replace the agitator as well. Once I got the agitator off replacing the basket hub was fairly straight forward. I also used the puller to remove the basket hub gear. Read more
