Replacing the inlet valve solved the problem. The old valve was somehow clogged with white sediment. I probably could have taken it off and cleaned it out if I'd known, but replacing the valve was much easier. Took about half an hour to repair. Video walk through was extremely helpful. This roller assembly mounts to the bottom of a dishwasher dishrack and allows it to slide in and out of the tub smoothly. It typically includes the roller wheel, axle, and mounting clip. Replace this part if the dishrack is difficult to pull out, rolls unevenly, or if the roller is cracked, worn, or has fallen off the track.
