This tube delivers incoming water from the inlet valve to the wash system inside the dishwasher. It connects the water inlet to the tub or spray arm assembly to ensure proper water flow during fill cycles. I first thought the leak came from the pump assembly rear o ring. I was wrong. The water was leaking from the pump. The pump assembly was shipped in 1 1/2 days with 2 more o rings. I lubed the o rings with dish soap, they slid in perfectly. reinstalled the clamp and screws and was ready to reinstall the dishwasher. Worked great. Next time I will buy the pump the first time.
