Bracket, Rinse Module (Mounting Bracket)
Genuine Ge part
By: Ge
Part Number: WD12X10146

This mounting bracket secures the dishwasher rinse module/dispenser assembly so the dispenser stays properly positioned for reliable rinse-aid delivery. A correctly seated bracket helps prevent dispenser misalignment and related rinse-aid issues. What it does:

  • Holds the rinse module/dispenser firmly in place inside the dishwasher tub or door
  • Keeps the dispenser aligned so rinse aid can be released as designed
  • Helps prevent dispenser rattling, shifting, or partial seating during cycles
  • Can reduce symptoms like poor rinsing, visible spots, or uneven rinse-aid release
What's included: One mounting bracket for the rinse module/dispenser. Install notes:
  • Disconnect power to the appliance before starting any work for safety
  • Basic hand tools (screwdriver, nut driver) are typically needed; follow OEM instructions
  • Align the bracket and secure fasteners without over-tightening to avoid damage

Rinse aid was not dispensing properly. so replacing the dispenser fixed the problem. Very easy to do with the replacement part, although the repair video was not exactly accurate; it was actually easier. Remove the screws holding the door liner and lift it off, and the part is right in front of you. 6 screws off, remember what color wire goes where, reassemble, and you're done. Problem gone. As usual, Appliance Parts Pros is the absolute best source. Read more
