Well, I got online and found several YouTube videos on how to check what was happening. I have a multimeter and tools. If you can't pull out the displacement pins on the crisper cover support clips that allow the wall to carry the weight of the cover, slides and drawer, you may need to push those pins in (they fall down the wall) to remove the clip.
