I first verified the house panel circuit breaker was not tripped. It wasn't so I removed the bottom kick plate of the unit, using a circuit cricket I verified the power feed to the unit was live. The bottom kick plate had a trouble shooting guide in a plastic sleeve which I opened and reviewed. Based on information in there it appeared the TOC was likely the issue. Their loss- no wonder they're going out of business. Also, should note that the original assembly was plastic but the replacement was metal. Sure sign of a crappy cost-cutting decision. First tried replacing the seal around the door as that was the simple and most logical fix. Still leaked. Removed the front and upper panel to inspect. Found calcium deposit running down from under the Air Vent Assembly and wet behind the black stick-on insulation. Easy to trace the leak to the bottom of the door. => Ordered new Air Vent Assembly, gasket and Vent Deflector. Parts arrived. Took 5 minutes to remove upper panel. We initially noticed the dishwasher running loud and failing to completely clean dishes.
