I reviewed the schematic and saw the Volute Seal, and Impeller Seal were the two that were closest my source of water. After watching the video about changing the Impeller/seal I removed the motor, impeller, and volute; I found that the impeller seal was the faulty one in my case. This is the circulation pump motor that drives water through the spray arms during the wash and rinse cycles in a dishwasher. It pressurizes water so it can reach and clean dishes effectively. Figured it was either the capacitor and/or motor. Ordered both parts to be sure. tried changing the capacitor first; same problem. Replaced the motor (leaving the new capacitor in place).
