I took the inside plate off door. Removed old gasket. Broke styrofoam vent buffernbecause I grabbed it in the wrong place. Ordered both a gasket and vent buffer from your company. The video was very helpful. the hardest part is getting off old rusted parts. I had to use a hacksaw to remove one of the old clamps. I had to open the bottom of the washing machine to remove of the other clamp. Putting the new parts on was easy. Getting everything apart was a challenge. Putting the new parts on was an easy 5 minute job.
