The Microswitch is an OEM part for Bosch microwaves. This small but vital part detects when the door is closed and allows the microwave to operate. It works through electromagnetic pulses that tell the control board the door position.
Causes of a bad microswitch can be wear over time if the door has been opened and closed many times, or damage from an accidental impact that jars the switch out of place or breaks internal components. Repairing or replacing it will restore full and safe operation of the door locking system.
Symptoms of a bad microswitch include:
This OEM Bosch part can also be used on Thermador and Gaggenau appliances.
One of the three-door switches had failed. In my case, 00631512 or ref 25217585 on the left front of the unit. The green button no longer "clicked". When that switch fails, one of the ceramic fuses located under the top cover at the far back of the unit is blown. Used Volt-Ohm meter to determine which fuse. Happy to have also ordered a replacement door switch Support, just in case, as I was unable to remove the failed switch from the support without breaking a key brittle plastic tab.... Read more
The Fuse is an OEM component specifically designed for Bosch microwaves. It protects internal circuits and components from power surges or overloads that could cause damage. Proper functioning defends the appliance from electrical hazards.
Symptoms of a blown fuse can involve the microwave failing to power on or function after prior episodes of tripped internal safety mechanisms. Repeated events increase replacement needs.
Causes of a bad fuse involve normal wear under prolonged power cycling. However, significant power spikes pose greater fuse risks necessitating timely changes to warranty circuit integrity.
Symptoms of a bad fuse include:
This OEM Bosch part is also compatible with some Thermador, Blomberg, and Miele microwaves. Replace faulty fuses to restore appliance usability and safety.
The hardest part was sliding the appliance out of the wall and removing the microwave oven casing to access the internals. When the internals were accessible, a multi-meter was used to confirm that the fuse was actually blown (this was the first assumption when power was lost to the unit). Then checked each side of the fuse bracket to make sure that we were not going to ground on either side. Both sides checked out. Inserted the new fuse, restored power at the breaker box and tested the oven... Read more
This micro switch is a small, fast-acting on/off switch tripped by a mechanical lever or float to send a signal to the control. Replacing a worn microswitch restores accurate sensing so the appliance starts, stops, and runs when it should. What it does
The Magnetron is an OEM part for Bosch microwaves. The magnetron generates microwaves used for cooking and heating food. It contains a magnet and vacuum tube that work together with a high-frequency electrical field to produce electromagnetic waves.
Symptoms of a bad magnetron include:
This genuine OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau and select Kenmore models.

This replacement cover protects internal components and restores the proper fit and finish of the original assembly. It secures nearby parts and helps prevent debris from entering sensitive areas. What it does:
Replacement incandescent interior oven lamp that restores cooking-cavity illumination so you can check food without opening the door. Direct-fit replacement sold individually for compatible appliances. What it does:
The Relay is an OEM part for use in Bosch microwaves. This part acts as a safety device, monitoring the temperature within the microwave to prevent overheating. If the microwave reaches an unsafe temperature, the relay thermostat will interrupt the power supply to the heating element or magnetron, effectively halting the cooking process to prevent damage or fire.
The need for replacement can arise from a thermostat that has become overly sensitive or has failed completely, often due to repeated exposure to high temperatures or in the event of a significant overheating incident.
Symptoms of a failing Relay include:
This is a push-button control switch used to complete electrical circuits for appliance functions, restoring responsive button/control operation. It replaces a worn or failed switch to help return normal control-panel behavior. What it does
This door latch secures the appliance door during operation so cycles can start and run safely. It replaces a worn or broken latch to restore proper door closure and reliable operation. What it does:
This spacer is a small mounting component that helps position and secure adjacent parts for proper alignment and stable operation. It prevents rubbing and maintains correct spacing between assemblies for quieter, more reliable performance. What it does:
Usually ships within 4 - 14 days
This turntable support ring is the low-profile roller guide that sits under the microwave's glass tray to keep it centered and allow smooth rotation for even cooking. It restores proper tray movement and reduces scraping or wobble. What it does:
