So, in the process of a kitchen remodel my GC managed to lose *both* of the rear plastic supports for my GE stove! The drawer was totally unsupported without the brackets. I managed to find them on your site and see that they were a new and better design (rear mount with screw vs side mount and no firm mounting). The install was a snap and the brackets work excellent. The previous tenant in my daughter's new apartment apparently had a grease fire of sorts in the GE XL44 gas oven. Unplug range. Open oven door to gain access to the cook top lock-down screws, located under the front edge of the cook top. Tip the cook top up and carefully remove it by pulling forward. Bought the drawer support, unscrewed the screw with a socket wrench, installed the new drawer support, wala! Took 1 minute. Moral to the story, don't overload that bottom drawer. Took top apart to find out that the problem was just the lens for the light was broken. Come to find out that the lens is what holds the light in place.
