Burner not heating or intermittently going out? This large surface element restores consistent cooking heat. Simple 5-minute DIY replacement. Video included.
I wasn't sure if it was the heating element surface, the receptacle or the switch. My wife does some canning so it had some good use. It turned out to be the receptacle. I purchased the element as well thinking it needed replaced anyway. All works now. All three items are/would be easy to change. Read more
Porcelain drip bowl that sits beneath the 8-inch heating element to catch spills and drips. Replace if cracked, rusted, or discolored for easier cleanup.
Ordered the burner bowls from you (after purchasing some locally that did not fit and were very flimsy). These bowls were very well made and fit perfectly. Heavy construction. Appears they will last a long time. Will order anything for my appliances from you in the future. Read more

Endcap secures the end of your range oven door handle for a finished look and firm grip. Replace if cracked, broken, or missing. Sold individually.
Removed old handle endcap by unscrewing the two outer screws on the oven door that screw into the endcaps and holds the door together that allows you access the one inner screw that holds the endcap in place. I removed the broken endcsp and replaced with the new one and screwed everything back together. Read more
Replacement 6-inch burner bowl for electric ranges and cooktops. Houses the burner element. Replace if cracked, chipped, rusted, or discolored beyond cleaning.
Burner stuck on high or won't heat? This infinite heat switch kit controls surface element temperature. Most DIYers complete in under 30 minutes.
I replaced all 3 remaining burner controls because they were all original (mid 1970s GE electric range w/coil burners), and one of the controls occasionally made arcing sounds when cycling the burner on and off. If a control is making odd noises - more than just a quiet metallic clicking as it cycles - it should be replaced. I'm assuming you have experience with the tools needed and can do simple mechanical assembly or disassembly, but have not previously worked with electrical equipment of... Read more
Seals oven cavity to prevent heat loss during baking and broiling. Replace if worn, cracked, or heat escapes around door. Verify fit by model number.
I removed the door, mostly so we could really clean the all the nooks and cranny's of the stove, and make the handle and gasket replacement easier. Attaching the new handle was not difficult, but did require some minor door dis-assembly. Removing the old gasket and putting on the new gasket was a breeze. The hardest part of the job was putting the door back onto the stove, but we got it done and the stove looks and works great. Read more
If your oven won't heat or the bake element burned out, this replacement part restores proper baking. Easy 10-minute DIY install—unplug & swap.
Checking for part replacement.....found your website.....I thought I had the right part, but called the tech/order line. Spoke to a very knowledgable tech, which she checked the stove serial # vs the part I thought I could use. The Tech advised that it WAS NOT and related the findings. I agreed after a short discussion and ordered the new element. The order was placed on Monday afternoon, on TUESDAY the FEDX truck pulled in with the replacement element!!!!!!! I watched the video offered on... Read more
Burner not heating? Replace the element receptacle and wire kit. Fixes burned or broken receptacles causing inoperative burners. DIY-friendly repair.
I ordered the recommended Infinite Heat Switch Kit and Element Receptacle and Wire Kit and installed them. The latter was a breeze, appearing to be exactly the same as the original, except for the wire color. The switch, though, was another story. It is a RobertShaw "replacement" part, designed, it seems, for use in the greatest number of original units as possible. The most obvious difference between this switch and the original (besides its comparatively small size) is the long, segmented... Read more

Stovetop burner not heating? This surface heating element generates heat for cooking. Simple plug-in replacement—pull out old, plug in new.
I lifted the front hood and removed the back control panel cover. I then replaced two terminal blocks with the new kits. Perfect match except wires were a bit long. So I rolled them up neatly and tucked them away at the control center. Used electrical tape to band both sets of wire and protect them from the metal edges between the range and control area. I replaced the control cover and installed two new burners. Perfect installation. Read more

I pulled off the retaining clip with pliers then removed the old knob and timer dial. I replaced all the parts with the new ones and used pliers to reinstall the clip. The teeth on the new knob engage to select the cycle. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQwLtRcHx9k Read more
