Replaced the motor, however not the easiest to do with the older refrigerators. First I had to remove the shelf that hold the ice bin. There is a small screw midway underneath the tray. Once removed the shelf is loose but still hard to remove. There is a side panel that is slotted andonce removed the shelf can then be removed, but not knowing that it is a very odd fitting unit. Checked out the video on your site on how to disassemble the ice maker. Was really easy when you know the correct sequence. Only 3 screws and it's out of the freezer. Disassembled the ice maker on my kitchen counter and replaced the ice stripper. Reassembled and installed back in my freezer. It is as good as new Read more

Popping the old draw glides off was the toughest part of the job, ad even that was fairly easy, once I noticed the little retaining tabs near the front of the drawer. Pushed in on the tabs, while pushing back on the drawer glide rail and it popped right off. One minor problem I did note: When the rollers were installed on the shoulder screws, they would not turn. One roller just had a burr around the inside edge of the hole. The other the entire bore was a bit undersized, creating a snug fit.... Read more

My Jenn Air JCD2389GES refrigerator had a broken shelf and drawer studs. One of the studs had also broken off much of the side panel. The previous owner tried to use a screw to fix one of the studs. I ordered both the Crisper Shelf Support and screw. Turns out the screw isn't long enough to attach the Support. Since I have a tenant moving in soon I elected to superglue the Support. I purchased a can of black appliance spray paint, removed the panels on the dishwasher, sprayed them, and a few hours later put them back. They're beautiful and it looks like I have a brand new dishwasher! It now matches everything and looks great with the new granite counter tops I just installed. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT IDEA!!!
