Delivers water from supply line to dishwasher tub. Replace if cracked, leaking, chewed by rodents, or damaged during installation or moving.
Dishwasher washer would not drain after hearing glass-like particles during the drain cycle despite trying to clean the cylinder filter. Originally suspected the drain motor was damaged. After watching a video on how to replace the drain pump, I carefully energized the dishwasher (from water and electricity) then removed the dishwasher to take a look. After removal of drain hose from the pump, discovered that drain hose was connected to water inlet assembly which also needed removal to... Read more

First off I have to say that Appliance Parts Pro's saved me from hiring a repair person, and quite possibly just getting rid of my washing machine. Their video's helped out SOOOOOOOO much and the advice one of their agents gave me over their online chat helped me trouble shoot something when I got stuck. On top of this they shipped my parts fast enough that less than 12 hrs later they arrived, which allowed me to get my machine up and running way faster than the other options I had available.... Secures the dishwasher upper rack to the slide rail and allows height adjustment. Replace if the clip is cracked, broken, or won't snap onto the positioner.
Ordered numerous replacement parts. Started with the tracks which required pulling the washer out of the cabinet to reach the screws. Pushed it back in and re-secured. Then stared on the rack and replaced the rack adjusters and various clips. Everything is straight forward and easy to replace. I originally called a local repair place to have them repair it. They came out and said they needed to order parts and they would call back. A week went by and I followed up with them. Had to leave... Read more
Flexible tube connecting the drain pump motor to the sump in your dishwasher. Replace if cracked, leaking, or damaged to restore proper water drainage.
It was a learning experience. First I turned off the power! I removed the lower kick plate, disconnected the drain hose and electrical connectors. Then removed the discharge pump and heat sensor then loosened the 4 hold down arms/clamps. Then I opened the door and pulled the base up from the inside. Now to remove and replace the Pump Motor. Then reverse the process. If I were to do again, I'd pull the dishwasher out and lay it on its back. Read more

Upper dish rack assembly for dishwashers. Holds glasses, cups, and small items on the top level. Replace if cracked, warped, rusted, or deteriorating.
Just replaced the things. Had to reuse old tine rows, rollers, the spray arm, etc., i.e. I removed 'em from the old racks and put on the new ones, but that was piece of cake. Also, I cleaned the food grinder and the discharge valve compartment (thank you very ???? ???? much, Internet), so spray arms around the top rack get enough water pressure now. I didn't have to buy any parts for the latter part of this little repair project, though. Read more

Funny, my husband did it. We have a service contract but you know how long that still takes. So he found the part at the bottom of the dishwasher and it had a number on it. He went to your site and and found the part. Yes it was a little cheaper else where like everything else but what the other sites didn't have he said was the video on how to do it. He explained he felt that takes money to produce so the few dollars more were worth it to him and he can be cheap. We had it in two days like you... Read more

Had my kitchen renovated and my contractor lost the access panel for my Whirlpool dishwasher so I had to find a replacement. Found what I was looking for at AppliancePartsPros.com, chatted with a sales customer service rep to make sure it was the correct part. Ordered it, paid for standard shipping, which said 2-3 days, it arrived at my house the next day! The part was also a genuine Whirlpool replacement part, not a generic part that "should" fit, needless to say, it fit perfectly and... Read more
