This is a cap or cover that fits over the sump area near the pump outlet at the bottom of the dishwasher. It helps seal and direct water flow within the sump and pump assembly during wash and drain cycles. Replace this cover if it is cracked, warped, or missing, which can cause water leaks or reduced wash performance.
Since I was already taking the sump seal out, I decided to replace the two motors that looked nasty and was making noise too. The ease of ordering these parts with your site made this repair much faster including the repair videos you offer. Thank you for your help. Read more
This is a vent assembly with an integrated fan motor that releases steam and moisture from the dishwasher during the drying cycle. It is typically located on the inner door panel and helps prevent excess condensation from building up inside the unit. Replace this assembly if your dishwasher is not drying dishes properly, you notice excessive moisture or water pooling after a cycle, or the vent fan is no longer running.

With the basket out of the dishwasher, the plastic parts basically snap on and off... popped the broken parts off and the new parts on. The 2 wheel and mount assemblies were a little more complicated. The video on the website advises to disconnect the supply line and drain line... I didn't have to do this. The repair took less than 5 minutes. It is too bad that just the rubber seal is not available. Seems wasteful to have to replace the whole tube when nothing else was wrong with it. We also needed a new cap for the jet dry container. The cap alone was not listed but I looked at caps that were available for other units and crossed it over. Read more

I looked inside and saw the teeth were worn off the "dogs" so I purchased the Cam Agitator repair kit and a new bolt. Getting the old bolt out was the hardest part since it was worn and rusted. I ended up having to buy a set of socket extensions and a set of stripped bolt sockets so $45 in tools and it took me an hour to get the old bolt out but putting everything back together was a breeze. This small plastic clip secures the tine row guards or protective caps on the dishwasher's upper or lower dishrack.
