Fix water leaking from under your dishwasher with this pump volute. Directs water flow and prevents leaks with integrated seal. 20-minute repair.
I reviewed the schematic and saw the Volute Seal, and Impeller Seal were the two that were closest my source of water. After watching the video about changing the Impeller/seal I removed the motor, impeller, and volute; I found that the impeller seal was the faulty one in my case. Since I'd ordered the volute and impeller seal kits (as I wasn't sure which it was) I installed both while I had it apart. Runs great, no water - simple to do. The seal changes took about 20 minutes. The only... Read more

If your dishwasher won't start, stops mid-cycle, or has no display, the control board may have failed. Moderately difficult repair, typically 30 minutes.
I initially purchased a door switch, thinking that it would solve the problem. I replaced the switch by removing the top 6 star screws, removing the component cover and removing one of the door switches (using a 3/16 socket) with the new one that I bought but I still had the problem. Looking at the schematic, the next part that needed to be changed is the electronic control board, which I purchased. I removed the same screws again and cover, used a screwdriver to pull back the clips holding... Read more
Replaces the front user interface touch pad on your dishwasher. Needed when buttons are unresponsive, panel is cracked, or touch controls are worn or damaged.
We replaced the thermal fuse as recommended by Appliance Parts Pros as 59% the problem and since it was only a $20 part we decided it was worth changing. We also replaced the touch pad /control panel for $160 (not the entire control component). We also discovered once the dishwasher was apart that the door latch was broken. I had not ordered a new door latch so we able to use Gorilla Glue to repair the door latch. After these repairs the dishwasher is working again but we are not sure which of... Read more

This is a rubber gasket that seals around the door vent opening on a dishwasher, preventing steam and moisture from escaping into areas where they can cause damage. It fits between the vent assembly and the inner door panel. Replace this gasket if you notice moisture or steam leaking from around the vent area, water dripping down the front of the door, or if the gasket appears cracked, warped, or deteriorated.
We had a repair man come and inspect the unit (Independent). He said he would get the part and get back with us. Almost 8 weeks past, with many calls to the service for an update. So I ordered the part he said was bad, the control board. He did not check the fuse. I ordered the fuse, the new board worked. I removed the new and replaced the old control board. Everything is fine. Thus, I am returning the board. The suggestion to replace the fuse came from your on line tech. He saved me... Read more
