This bolt fastens parts to one another in conjunction with a nut so that they do not come loose while the washing machine vibrates when it is in operation.A bolt might be easily lost or misplaced as it is a small part that might go missing without any noticeable symptoms. Additionally, a bolt might be stripped through general wear and tear or as a result of a direct impact collision with a hard object that warps the component beyond functionality. If any of these things occur, the bolt should be replaced by this genuine OEM replacement part. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is sold individually. This bolt is compatible with the following appliance brands: Whirlpool, Maytag, International, and Jenn Air.
