Well, I got online and found several YouTube videos on how to check what was happening. I have a multimeter and tools. I first replaced the external water filter just to make sure it wasn't that, and it needed it. That wasn't the problem. I then removed the water inlet valve which was really easy. Removed freezer door by removing 4 bolts holding slide tracks for freezer basket. Pulled out old gasket. Soaked new gasket in hot water to smooth out a crease that resulted from shipping. Installed new gasket, starting at corners. Used a blunt tool to push new gasket into slot at the corners. Set remaining gasket material with hands.
