The ice chute flap wasnt closing. 1. I turned off power 2, Pulled off facia around controls on freezer door,, you have to pull out the bottom part of the chute first , its clipped in 3. I searched online and easily found the best price for the Front Plate Assembly to be AppliancePartsPros.com. Even though I didn't pay for two day shipping, the part was shipped the next day and received the following day (Saturday), outstanding service. Installing the piece was quite simple, requiring removing two screws, slipping the old part off of two retaining clips and disconnecting one wire connector. Reverse this to install new part.
