Our washing machine door boot seal was getting moldy and causing odor problems. Cleaning tablets and bleach weren't helping so it was time to be replaced. It was easy to find the part on appliance parts pros. Once I found it I studied the diagram and determined that there were 3 screws in the drum that needed to be removed. I disconnected power and then removed 3 interior screws. Once I did that I removed the back cover and removed the single screw on the bottom side of the air duct that held it in place connected to the heat tube. I then reversed disassembly. Water was accumulating in the drawer pedestal, it was leaking from the front of the washer so I thought it was the front door seal. I also noticed it would leak even when the washer was not being used so I doubted it was the door seal. • Freezer not defrosting

I took the bottom tray out of the freezer and found the coils iced up severely. I was reasonably sure the defrost timer was the problem and your tech said that was a good possibility. Ordered and replaced timer. (15 minutes) Problem fixed!!! Saved purchasing a new fridge at big bucks. After examining it, 2 of the 4 retainer clips had broken off. Unscrewed the front lower panel ( 2 screws ). Disconnected the pump hose clamp and removed the hose. I loosened the lower back panel and pulled out the drained hose from the rear. Replaced with new hose put back clamp and panels. Very easy Read more

I watched videos on the website and took it apart. Put new motor on, also I put new belt even though the original belt was still ok, but I saw a little sign of shredding ...and there! !! The error code indicated the washer wasn't getting any water, although the basket was filling to an unusually high level. After checking the inlet hoses and their connections but without opening the top cover to see the actual water level pressure switch, I went ahead and ordered the part. After receiving the switch, I opened the cover and found the original switch had fallen off it's mounting (for who-knows how long ago) and was resting against the drum. Replaced the water tube that went from the plastic tubing to the ice cube tray. Found that even though it was the same exact length as the original, there was only an extremely small gap from the end of the tube to a splash board. This may have been the root cause of my problems. Read more
