Ordered a new detergent dispenser that arrived within two days. Removed screws on the inside of door that removes the front door panel. The detergent dispenser is held on by a bracket with six screws. There is one plugin that needs to be disconnected. Everything is reinstalled as before. It work as before. Read more

I reviewed the schematic and saw the Volute Seal, and Impeller Seal were the two that were closest my source of water. After watching the video about changing the Impeller/seal I removed the motor, impeller, and volute; I found that the impeller seal was the faulty one in my case. Figured it was either the capacitor and/or motor. Ordered both parts to be sure. tried changing the capacitor first; same problem. Replaced the motor (leaving the new capacitor in place). Unit now works fine. Overall an easy fix once you get the washer out and tip it on its side or top to get access to the motor area. Read more

We had a repair man come and inspect the unit (Independent). He said he would get the part and get back with us. Almost 8 weeks past, with many calls to the service for an update. So I ordered the part he said was bad, the control board. He did not check the fuse. I ordered the fuse, the new board worked. I removed the new and replaced the old control board.
