Replacement flip-up door that covers the lint screen opening in your dryer's front bulkhead. Needed when original door is cracked, broken, or missing.
There is no good diagram explaining how exactly these fit in. I had to do trial and error. The parts are quite delicate so I actually broke one trying to get it in. I would recommend ordering an extra or two. These need springs tonfit correctly. Luckily I saved the old ones...if you don't have them, it won't work. 10 - 16 x 1/2
I looked inside and saw the teeth were worn off the "dogs" so I purchased the Cam Agitator repair kit and a new bolt. Getting the old bolt out was the hardest part since it was worn and rusted. I ended up having to buy a set of socket extensions and a set of stripped bolt sockets so $45 in tools and it took me an hour to get the old bolt out but putting everything back together was a breeze. I was very proud of myself, as a woman, that I fixed this problem myself and didnt have to pay a repair... Read more

Stationary shelf that sits inside the dryer drum for drying shoes, sweaters, and delicates without tumbling. Replace if rack is missing, cracked, or damaged.
I went online and typed in my model number. I was just going to order the dryer belt, but decided that changing all the movable parts at the same time would be best - I definitely recommend doing this, since it was the tensioner pulley and not the belt. My husband is handy, which is why this was not a problem. The whole dryer needs to come apart in order to do this repair. At first I thought I received the wrong parts because I have a front load washer and dryer set, but the picture on the... Read more

Dryer drum won't spin or turn? A failed drive motor is often the cause. This motor drives the belt that rotates the drum. Moderately difficult repair.
At first I changed the rollers but that did not fix the problem so I suspected the motor. Purchased the motor then the blower wheel would not come off. The metal sleeve in the middle of the blower wheels was on the motor so tight that the plastic wheel was just spinning on it. Bought a blower wheel and used a hole saw to cut the old wheel off. Luckily, the hole in the fan shroud that the motor shaft goes through is big enough that I was able to slide the motor out with the metal sleeve still on... Read more
