Replace a damaged or discolored oven handle with this white door handle. It restores a secure, comfortable grip and a clean look so you can open and close your range or wall oven door with confidence.
New part arrived promptly in two days (which is good because wife was whining about Christmas dinner and all. Had to take door apart which was no big deal and the screws for the handle were accessed from the inside. Whole job took about half an hour. The lesson to be learned here is when you pull the range away from the wall, open the bottom drawer slightly and pull from there; not on the handle. Read more
This surface burner ignitor switch mounts on the gas valve and signals the spark module when you turn the knob to Lite. Replacing a faulty switch restores reliable clicking and ignition on the affected burner. What it does:
I replaced the Igniter switch, two control valves and one holder/orifice (because I couldn't get the screws out and decided to just replace it rather than re-tape it and get new screws). The one thing I forgot was I have propane and the orifice was for natural gas. Fortunately, I was able to swap out the orifice from the old holder. Read more

I had to drill out the screws that hold down the burner plates which also mount to the orifice holders because all of the screws had rusted tight and could not be loosened. The drilling out part was fairly easy and once I had removed the burner plates, I could easily lift the stove top off and get access to the orifice holders to replace all of them. I purchased new stainless steel self-threading screws from our local hardware store and re-assembled the new orifice holders and existing burner... Read more

A few weeks back, when shutting off a burner, the igniter started sparking and wouldn't stop. Working the knobs and jiggling them got it to stop. Fast forward a few weeks. Finish cooking, go sit down to eat. Hear snapping noise, go look, see burners are all off and the igniters are all sparking. Jiggle the knobs. Poof! Flames come out the top one! What a stink. Unplugged stove, finished dinner. Loosened the cooktop and investigated. Ordered switch. Two days later, part arrives. Two screws... Read more

A shoulder screw that secures appliance components and provides a precise pivot or spacer point. Replaces a missing or worn screw to restore alignment, reduce rattling, and keep panels and assemblies securely in place. What it does:
I had to remove the oven door, which I learned is made to come off without tools. Then took out the bottom by removing two screws and lifting. Removed the screws attaching the igniter, pulled wires thru back until I could get the connector and disconnect. When the new igniter arrived, I had to change the connector. I cut the one off the old one, and spliced to the new one using solder and shrink tubing. Just reverse the procedure to install. I replaced the screws with new ones. Read more
This orifice holder secures the center burner orifice on gas ranges, keeping the orifice aligned so the burner lights and burns properly. Replaces a worn or damaged holder to restore consistent pilot/flame position and performance. What it does:
The top had to be removed but with the unit being 14 years old, galvanic corrosion had seized the screws holding the Burner Heads to the Orifices. I carefully drilled out the heads of the screws until the Burner heads could be pulled free. I removed the two screws that held the Burner control assembly with all the gas valves in place. If you open the top oven, there are two last screws that thread straight up into the top. So 14 screws in all. I ordered 10 new screws along with the Orifices... Read more
