First I called the local retailer to ask about a non-warranty service. Minimum $100 charge. Figured I would take a shot at the repair as I had fixed the fridge once before. After changing water filter, flow came to a stop. Would chatter without any water. Confirmed I had flow from the wall supply to the fridge as I broke the water line at the union and let run into a bucket. The front wheel assembly replacement (WRXO2X12454) was straightforward and easy to do. Took maybe 30 minutes start to finish. The rear wheel assembly (wheel WRO2X10695 and axle WRO1X10604) that was more involved as the original wheel axle is actually a rivet that you have to cut out. 1. First I ordered a new ice door seal, spring, and crank, figuring the condensation in freezer and door was caused by ice door not sealing. Turns out the solenoid for the ice door was completely rusted and was the primary cause, if it had been replaced early, it would have saved the dispenser board.
