Bob W San Carlos , CA May 01, 2021 Appliance: Model MONOGRAM ZIS480D Condenser fan stopped. Condenser fan stopped on my big 2003 Monogram 4 foot wide ZIS480D Refrigerator. It is top mounted. The fridge had to be rolled out. 20 screws removed and the top sheet metal to get at the condenser. That was the only way to get at it. Works like new now. Took a chance and ordered the parts I thought were needed. They came in three days. Suspicions confirmed. Relatively easy fix. All went well. Repair videos were especially helpful. Charles P Marlton , NJ November 11, 2016 Condenser fan stopped working on refrigerator Parts arrived in 2 business days! Easy fix. Decided to replace the surrounding grommets and fan in addition to the motor. 30 minute repair. Took off access panel on back. Unplugged unit. Needed a couple nut drivers and flat head screw driver. Unplugged fan motor. Removed fan blades. Removed screws holding fan motor. Removed motor. Replaced grommets. Mounted new motor and screwed back in place. Put fan on motor. Plugged fan motor back in. Plugged refrigerator in and new fan working prefect. Replaced rear access panel. Cost about 60 bucks total parts and shipping. This was 50 buck savings from repair estimate. Read More...
