Ordered replacement seals for both freezer and refrigerator sides. Followed directions that I had found on YouTube. The installation in a nut shell is warm the seals in a bathtub with very hot water for at least 2-3hrs then place the seals. Then warm the seals with a hair dryer as needed. Replaced original (18 yrs.) 1/4" plastic tubing, clamp and grommet (AppliancePartsPros/GE parts) from outlet of ice maker water control valve to ice maker inlet. There was no repair video for this fix so I had to figure it out myself. I removed all the shelves out of the refrigerator, then the light cover. The air vent cover lifts up and out from the bottom(reason why I removed all shelving. Then I took out the broken dial pan chill which just snaps in to the control arm. The problem was most likely the evaporator fan motor but it could have been a bad blade, loose parts or bad motor mounts. Hard to tell without taking everything apart and inspecting.
