My dryer was working but it was making a lot of (constant) noise very loud. Paul W. • Los Lunas , NM • September 24, 2017
The root cause was the front glides. They were virtually gone, and the drum was on metal to metal. So I replaced them with a front glide kit. I also replaced the belt, rear rollers, and lint screen. I am happy to say all the parts fit perfectly, and I couldn't find a better price anywhere else. I will definitely keep you on file for the next time I need appliance parts! Thank you!
Sincerely, pw

This part is a motor clamp. This is a genuine OEM part and has been sourced directly from the manufacturer. This part is intended to replace a deteriorated, damaged, or broken motor clamp on certain makes of indoor appliance models. Motor clamps are essential for properly securing the drive motor on various types of indoor appliances such as washers, dryers, and refrigerators. Without the use of a motor clamp, the drive motor is free to move around or become detached. This can easily cause serious damage to the equipment and prevent proper functionality. Proper tools are needed to replace this part and appropriate safety measures should be adhered to when working on any type of equipment. For accurate information on how and where to install this replacement motor clamp, specific manufacturer diagrams should be referred to.As an authentic replacement part, this motor clamp can be used on multiple different models of washers, dryers, refrigerators, and washer/dryer combos manufactured by Kenmore, Maytag, Whirlpool, and Amana. Please note that this motor clamp is a genuine part made of high-quality materials and is sold individually.

The dryer was making a lot of noise like metal against metal thought it might be the bearings in the support wheels Jane S. • Lynnwood , WA • November 01, 2014
I took the dryer apart.....first had to clean out all the lint here and there. Took the drum out, inspected the belt and back support wheels. They seemed to be fine. In the front the drum turns on two supports that have a Teflon glide. Those two glides had been worn off with their pad so metal was rubbing against metal. Went online to appliancepartspros.com and looked up on the schematic what parts I needed. I also had called around locally and the same parts cost twice as much....so I...

This door seal replaces a worn or damaged gasket around the oven door, creating a tight barrier between the door and the front frame. A fresh seal helps the appliance heat efficiently and maintain steady cooking temperatures. What it does:
- Seals the gap between the door and oven frame to minimize heat loss
- Helps the oven preheat faster and hold set temperatures more consistently
- Replace if the gasket is torn, brittle, flattened, or frayed
- Common signs include heat escaping around the door edge and longer cook times
What's included:
Install notes:
- Disconnect power and allow the oven to cool completely before beginning
- Open the door and carefully remove the old seal, noting its routing and attachment points
- Clean the mating surface to remove debris for a proper seal
- Install the new seal evenly without stretching; ensure all ends and anchors are fully seated

Door seal on our 15 yr old dryer was worn out M R. • Essex , NY • October 16, 2016
Found the right part at AppliancePartsPros.com, ordered the part, watched the tutorial. Took less than 5 minutes to install new door seal, and now our laundry area is no longer hot and humid. Before we changed the seal, warm air was leaking around the door and made the laundry room and the kitchen next to it unpleasant. Thanks for the great door seal and the handy tutorial!

Noisy bumping sound. Mary S. • Porter , TX • February 15, 2019
Blower wheel and clamp replacement. Initially, we replaced both the belt and drum roller wheels but that did not stop the noise. By reviewing videos on YouTube and AppliancePartsPros, we suspected that the blower wheel could be problematic, even though with front panel of dryer off, we did not see any visual clues to support that theory. Purchased the replacement clamp as well, just for good measure (and it was inexpensive). Note: we did call AppliancePartsPros with our model AND serial numbers...

Water dispenser was no longer working Kelly W. • Houston , TX • January 24, 2017
After being told by a service repairman that it would cost me close to $200 to repair, I resolved to just not use the dispenser. After about a year, I had decided that I wanted to repair it and would look at the options myself. At the least, I could figure out which parts were needed to repair it and have them on hand for a service guy if I determined I could not do the job myself. The more I studied it, the more I felt confident that I could do it, and sure enough, when the part arrived - a...

I took the machine apart and installed a new brake rotor , Brake stator and a snubber ring, after the install the machine works great and no more squeaking. I will say one thing about AppliancePartsPros.com that when I first received the order the brake rotor was new in the sealed bag but the brake material wasn't attached to it, customer service was helpful and sent me a new part the next day. I will use this company again.

Replaced the control board after removing the inner door liner, plastice board cover and board itself, by removing screws, working various plastic clips/tabs and unclipping wire harnesses from board. most of time was spent cleaning the black soot from the door, which had a terrible burnt electrical/plastic fire smell. Cleaned mold/scale off of as much of the door as I could while in there as well. Removing parts without breaking plastic tabs to hold the new parts was trickiest part.
