Ordered the replacement cap handles (left and right side), and replaced them. Replacing was a breeze, but removing the old broken part was a bit challenging. There was a small metal rod that needed to be slid out for the old part to come out, but it was not easy to do. I used screwdriver and pliers for like 30 minutes to slide out the metal rod. Verified that the water line had flowing water, check. Removed lower screen and vacuumed and cleaned all dust. Proceeded to test water flow to the valve and beyond the valve. Samsung does not make it easy to replace the casters. The shafts holding the casters are crimped at the ends and had to be cut off with little room for any tools. I had to jack up the fridge and I used a hacksaw blade with a handle to cut through the wheel shafts. I didn't want to use a reciprocating saw. The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive.
