Samsung does not make it easy to replace the casters. The shafts holding the casters are crimped at the ends and had to be cut off with little room for any tools. I had to jack up the fridge and I used a hacksaw blade with a handle to cut through the wheel shafts. I didn't want to use a reciprocating saw. I couldn't find a way to crimp the new shafts so I drilled small holes at the ends and used cotter pins to retain the shafts in place.The rear caster had no room to slide the new one in... Read more

The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive. All other controls worked and there was no error code displayed. The repair was to replace the whole control board which cost around $100. Heavy sigh.. Be sure to keep track of all your screws. Removed refrigerator panel, disconnected light and fan power. Removed fan assembly and replaced motor, grommets and fan attachment spring. Unit had adhesive on spring to help hold the spring. Bought new case-ice-route from AppliancePros.com for Samsung Refrig RF267ABRS. Part arrived intact and on-time.
