Used the video with the parts and replaced the wheels. The only thing we did wrong was using the front wheel axle instead of the back wheel axle on the back wheels. Samsung does not make it easy to replace the casters. The shafts holding the casters are crimped at the ends and had to be cut off with little room for any tools. I had to jack up the fridge and I used a hacksaw blade with a handle to cut through the wheel shafts. I didn't want to use a reciprocating saw. Used a hair dryer to melt the ice but not the drain, put it back together and it worked for a few days then water came out the front on the defrost cycle. Took a hair dryer and applied heat to the drain tube on the back a couple days later I noticed the towel had dryed out, looked at the drain pan and it had water in; it hadn't before. Going to install the new cover the next time. It will take longer to take all of the drawers and shelves out than to install the cover. Read more

The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive. Chatted with customer service and clarified that spring and fan would easily pull off motor shaft. Adhesive probably was extra measure used during original build of the fridge.
