The Control Knob is an OEM replacement part for Whirlpool gas ranges. It is the manually operated rotary component that selects cooking features and temperature settings on the stovetop burners. Measures about 2 inches in diameter. For white order WP8273104. For biscuit order WP8273106.

Overall the fix wasn't too hard. The challenge was putting the oven door back together and holding it together while trying to tighten the screws. Enlisted my wife's help to hold the door and at first the handle screws wouldn't tighten. My cordless screwdriver's battery was under-charged.
