Fix dishwasher not heating or melted terminals with this heater terminal nut. Secures the heating element wire connection to prevent arcing and leaks.
Replaced the heating element as shown in the video. Repaired a bad connector on the wire leading to the heating element. The clean light still flashed 3 times. Determined that the thermal fuse also needed to be replaced. Replaced the thermal fuse as shown in the video. The clean light now flashed 7 times which I discovered meant that the control panel needed to be reset. I then reset the control panel by pressing the buttons: normal, heated dry, normal, heated dry. This is the support tube that connects the upper spray arm to the water supply inside a dishwasher. It channels pressurized water from the circulation pump up to the upper wash arm, allowing it to spin and clean dishes on the top rack. Replace this part if the upper spray arm wobbles, falls off, or if dishes on the top rack are not getting clean due to reduced water flow.

This is the door latch assembly for a dishwasher, finished in black. It secures the door in the closed position and signals the control board that the door is properly latched so the wash cycle can begin. Replace this part if the door won't stay closed, the dishwasher won't start, or the latch mechanism is visibly broken or worn.
