Initially I tried a video on your site for a similar washing machine but the Samsung had different screw locations for the face and you had to remove the small front door at the base of the washing machine as well to remove the front cover. At first I thought it was the bearing, but when I got it apart I found the main shaft had corroded from possibly the soap powder and bleach combo build up on the part. After I cleaned it all up I found one of the three mounting braces was cracked and causing the unit to shake during the spin cycle.
