The washer is an OEM replacement part for Whirlpool clothes dryers. This part is located on the drum roller support shaft in your dryer. The exterior of the washer is 1 inch in diameter with a hole in the middle and is made of metal. They are installed alongside the drum support rollers and idler pulleys. They help prevent the rollers and pulleys from bumping up against the brackets they are installed on. If you are replacing the rollers, we suggest you replace the washers at the same time. Causes can be normal wear to bearing surfaces over extended use cycles. Accidental impacts may also potentially bend or damage shaft components. Symptoms of a bad roller shaft include:
This is a genuine Whirlpool OEM replacement this part is also compatible with Maytag, Jenn-Air and some Kenmore models.

Confirmed parts needed through online chat with tech and followed video instructions for dryer conversion. Found a video online for range conversion. Replaced orifices for stove top and adjusted oven burner orifices and air shutters and inverted pin in pressure regulator to natural gas position. All went well with no problems, about an hour and a half to gather tools and complete both jobs. Probably could be done faster but I was taking my time. Read more

This OEM Whirlpool replacement is also compatible with some Maytag, Roper, and select Kenmore dryer models as well.
The 2 sensors that sit on top of the flame tube work together. The Thrmst F should check closed, as should the Cutoff-TML, in order for power to flow to the ignitor. If the Cutoff is open, it is usually because the Thrmst-F did not open soon enough. The Thermst-F will cycle, closed to open, and repeat, however the Cutoff-HTML is a one time switch. If it opens it will not return to closed, and subsequently the ignitor will not glow. Some professionals say that if one of these sensors fail, both... Read more

This burner tube channels the gas-air mixture to the burner and includes an adjustable air shutter to set proper combustion. Replacing a damaged assembly helps restore reliable ignition, stable flame, and consistent heating performance.
I removed the kick panel/door and confirmed there was no flame. Inspection with a flashlight revealed the igniter was damage - partly broken away. Using a 1/4" socket set I removed the burner assembly. Inspection showed the burner was rusted and the flame deflector had fallen off. I ordered both the "Dryer Igniter and Bracket" and a burner. They arrived in about three days. I had to attach the igniter to the bracket (one screw) and then the bracket to the burner (one screw). The only... Read more

There is no good diagram explaining how exactly these fit in. I had to do trial and error. The parts are quite delicate so I actually broke one trying to get it in. I would recommend ordering an extra or two. These need springs tonfit correctly. Luckily I saved the old ones...if you don't have them, it won't work. Unscrew the two screws on outside and two inside. You don't have to take whole thing out, just loosen. Look carefully and you can see the two little holes in the plastic where... Read more
This is the washer's main electronic control. As the central control unit, it manages power and communication to key components so cycles start, run, and finish correctly—restoring reliable operation when the original board fails.
Symptom: The dryer's control panel would light up; however, the drum would not start. A diagnostic test showed "F4/E4." (Note: This dryer has no history of issues and worked flawlessly for almost a decade prior to this problem.) I researched the problem online. I found that it could be as simple as a faulty Thermal Fuse (WP3392519//AP6008325) or as difficult as several bad components, to include the aforementioned Thermal Fuse, the Thermistor (WP8577274//AP6013514), and/or the Electronic...
