Replaced the ice maker. The kit came with everything I needed to replace the ice maker. Parts that did not come with the kit were re-used from the old one. My Whirlpool refrig/freezer is an older model so the wiring harness that came with the kit was different from my existing. Replaced both sets of door cams on my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. The most important thing to know is that you DO NOT have to remove the doors from the refrigerator to replace BOTH sets of cams. You just have to remove the lower grill which is a snap fit (I also turned off the water and unplugged the unit). Replaced the shaft & mode shifter assembly. Also replaced the pulley as it had taken some damage from the wobbling clutch dog. And replaced the tub seal since it's normally inaccessible with the shaft in place. This is an advanced repair that took a lot of time. Removing the tub nut took a 1 11/16" socket and a 700 ft-lb impact wrench and I had to hammer on the nut for several minutes to break it free of the tub. Yes it was easy because of the video and the part was exactly what was needed. We saved money by doing it ourselves. So while we were on the order site we ordered the brackets for the front grill. Replaced Case Water Filter assembly DA81-05883A. Please read my post entirely before starting. I completed all the tasks that I could without having to disconnect the refrigerator since it was full of food.
