Replaced the shaft & mode shifter assembly. Also replaced the pulley as it had taken some damage from the wobbling clutch dog. And replaced the tub seal since it's normally inaccessible with the shaft in place. This is an advanced repair that took a lot of time. Removing the tub nut took a 1 11/16" socket and a 700 ft-lb impact wrench and I had to hammer on the nut for several minutes to break it free of the tub. We purchased both the roller studs and new rollers for all of the slots on the lower rack. They came two days later and I was able to easily click them into place and the lower rack now rolls smoothly and securely. I only wish I hadn't lived with it in the broken stage as long as I did - such an easy and affordable fix. Read more

After replacing the belt less than a year ago, when it broke again we started to think something may be going on with the idler pulley. Ordered a new belt and pulley wheel, only to have the belt break again the very next day. After a call to customer service explaining the situation, they replaced the belt and pulley wheel which were both under warranty, and suggested replacing the arm itself. I took the tumbler drum out and looked at the pulley and it was not rotating freely. The idler arm had some wear on the attached post so I replaced bothe parts. Since I was in there already I replaced the drum rollers and dryer belt for good measure. I reassembled the dryer and it works great. The best part of the experience was the parts order. I ordered the parts around 3:00 pm one day, standard shipping, and they were on my doorstep around 1:00 pm the next day. I'm still wondering... Read more
