The belt tension pully was binding on the idler arm causing the dryer to squeak at start up Randall H. • Louisburg , KS • July 30, 2016
I took the tumbler drum out and looked at the pulley and it was not rotating freely. The idler arm had some wear on the attached post so I replaced bothe parts. Since I was in there already I replaced the drum rollers and dryer belt for good measure. I reassembled the dryer and it works great.
The best part of the experience was the parts order. I ordered the parts around 3:00 pm one day, standard shipping, and they were on my doorstep around 1:00 pm the next day. I'm still wondering...

Genuine Frigidaire part
By: Frigidaire
Part Number: 316136600
This is a nut that is used in many microwave ovens. It is typically used to hold interior fan in place. A nut is a fastener that is used to hold two items together or keep one component secure against a surface. Use and time can cause the nut to become stripped, damaged, or broken. If the nut is broken, it will no longer hold the fan in the right location. The nut will need to be replaced. Before replacing this part, the microwave should be unplugged. Open the refrigerator door and remove the cover that goes over the fan. The nut can then be removed using a nut driver. Replace the other parts before using the appliance. This nut is used in microwave ovens manufactured by Crosley, Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Kenmore. It is sold as a single part. This is an authentic OEM replacement part is sourced directly from the manufacturer.

It would shut off mid cycle and stop drying heat and drum worked fine. Michelle M. • Erlanger , KY • June 27, 2021
I noticed if I caught it early enough the light inside would be on. I googled it and found that it could be the door latch slipping and letting the door open, which would stop the dryer. I watched the video on Appliance Parts Pros and it was so simple. I ordered a new door latch and catch and fixed it in 2 minutes! Thank you so much!

Genuine Frigidaire part
By: Frigidaire
Part Number: 5304509436
This mounting nut kit secures a threaded connection or component inside your appliance, keeping it tight and stable during operation. Replacing a worn or stripped nut restores a solid hold and helps prevent leaks, rattling, and poor performance. What it does:
- Fastens a component or fitting to its mating surface, maintaining proper alignment
- Restores grip when original threads are stripped, cracked, or worn
- Helps prevent vibration-related loosening during cycles
- Can resolve symptoms such as a loose/wobbly assembly, rattling noises, seepage at the joint, or visible thread damage
What's included:
Install notes:
- Disconnect power; shut off water supply if the joint carries water
- Support the mating component while installing to avoid strain on plastic parts
- Start threads by hand to prevent cross-threading; tighten only until snug—do not overtighten
- Inspect any related gasket/O-ring and replace if worn or damaged

My son-in-law helped me. He pulled the liner open enough that he could see he just had to tighten up the existing screw on the door handle.. For the liner, we put a new screw in each side and tighted it up. At first we were afraid it was in the hole the screw went into but finally got it to screw in tightly. Back in business!!!

After a call to customer service explaining the situation, they replaced the belt and pulley wheel which were both under warranty, and suggested replacing the arm itself. We also had to replace the interlock switch. Parts arrived quickly. The repair itself took about an...
